Here's How You Should Be Using Google

If you’re a business, chances are you have already made a Google Business Profile. If not, what are you waiting for?!

Google has changed some things up, and now you can access your business profile from the Google Maps app. But, adding your business, hours, location, website, description, etc., is not all you need to do on Google.

Making Google Posts

You should be POSTING to Google as often as you can. At least once per week. Google “posts” typically expire in about 7 days. This means, you need to post again. But, what are we even talking about?!

Google has a spot on the platform for you to make posts. It’s FREE, too, and it helps with your SEO. Just look for this little icon that says “Add Update.”

From there you’ll fill out the areas with a description, a photo and choose your call to action like “Learn More,” or “Call.”

EASY AS THAT!

So, if you’re posting to Facebook and Instagram, go ahead and make it a habit to post on Google, too.
